Job Summary

Come be part of building the video evolution and defining the strategic roadmap for Xfinity TV, Xfinity Flex, and Xfinity Stream video services. The Sr. Manager, Multicultural Video Strategy position is a pivotal role responsible for assessing video programming, packaging, pricing and the competitive landscape in order to identify market and product opportunities, develop business cases, and to champion business operations, go-to-market and merchandising activities related to the launch of new video products and services.

Core Responsibilities

* Strategically evaluate current video programming tiers, assess new opportunities, conduct margin and churn analysis, and forecast modeling to assist in developing plans to evolve our programming (Video content) packaging and pricing strategy to drive subscriptions, manage the base, and improve ROI
* Participate in product modification, cost reduction, margin analysis, product positioning, and pricing strategies
* Translate assumptions to into robust business cases to guide the direction and prioritization of the roadmap
* Champion new plans broadly across the company to achieve our mission and strategy
* Monitor the broader market, while leveraging competitive insights and analyze data to identify trends and guide strategy development, particularly among emerging streaming services
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to build a deep and nuanced understanding of our current and future customers; compile findings for executive management
* Success will require this person to be able to explain complex data in easy-to-understand presentation format
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Generally requires 7-10 years of experience
* Background in strategy consulting, product or corporate strategy, venture capital/private equity, or packaging / pricing
* Demonstrated experience developing large scale, complex business cases
* Ability to derive strategic insights in the face of complex and often incomplete information
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, while prioritizing tasks efficiently
* Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Self-starter with ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter
