Stakeholder Engagement Effectiveness Analyst
Key Role:
Support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Stakeholder Engagement Effectiveness Analyst. Create and apply existing survey tools to undertake a clinician and patient satisfaction survey regarding the stakeholder experience and effectiveness across all Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN). Leverage expertise with advanced excel functionality to provide comprehensive reports on survey data from various training modules. Coordinate and consolidate survey findings and present the results to leadership on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications
* 4 years of professional work experience
* Ability to determine appropriate data sources to address specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling
* Ability to perform scientific research, scientific writing and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents
* BA or BS degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, Information Systems, or 4+ years of professional work experience in lieu of degree

* Experience with Survey Metrics
* Experience with Advanced Excel functions
* Experience with the VA
