JSA Network Programmatic SME

Key Role:

Support the Electronic Heath Record Modernization (EHRM) project as a Joint Security Architecture (JSA) Network Programmatic SME. Work in infrastructure networking team to manage schedules and plans aligned to deployment of infrastructure in advance of electronic health modernization rollouts at government facilities. Serve as programmatic lead for all infrastructure activities for Office of Electronic Health Records Modernization (OEHRM) deployments at one location to include approximately 10 separate waves each consisting of multiple sites. Review site level assessments acting as a primary point of contact for those departments.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies

-Experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress

-Experience with managing Information Technology projects

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or Business or 8 years of experience with project or program management in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with VA electronic health records

-Experience with VA electronic health records modernization implementation
