Sr. Director Indirect Procurement, Global
Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, this leader will oversee a multi-billion dollar spend with a focus on indirect category management (regionally/globally) and a mix of direct and dotted line reports across the globe. The chosen candidate will have the ability to drive collaboration between the functions as well as lead the team to drive results through a set of defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for global category strategies for all indirect categories, including IT, outsourced business service, facilities, professional services, Supply chain, etc
* Manage over $2B global spend with team of approximately 10 direct reports and 30 associates
* Facilitate an environment focused on talent development
* Develop programs that will drive the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
* Responsible for VIP's 3%-5% YOY, supply base reduction 10%; minority spend, category strategy, P2P implementation, supplier relationship management including score carding and QBR's.
* Must be experienced in latest procurement processes and techniques
* Strong negotiation skills and contracting skill set
* Good solid analytics and business acumen and business partner collaboration
* Strong coaching and disciplined people management.
* Ability to communicate through presentations and email.
* Multitask projects and drive for results

Qualifications:

* Strong problem solving skills
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Proven leadership in a similar capacity - global, $1B+ indirect spend experience strongly preferred
* Effective negotiations and contract management
* Manufacturing or operations experience a plus
* Spend and pricing analytics fundamentals
* Cost breakdown analysis
* Lean or 6 sigma mindset
* Strong cost reduction experience
* Strong project management skill set
