The Product Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Consumer Directed Healthcare Product offerings (CDHP), interfacing with Product, Operations, Market, and Vendor partners to build and maintain high-quality, responsive, user-satisfying product portfolio lines. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
developing and maintaining subject matter expertise, regulatory changes, and market trends in all varieties of CDHP spending account solutions (e.g. Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Accounts)
using deep and always-current CDHP subject matter expertise in rules, regulations, allowances, restrictions, features, and capabilities to support stakeholder inquiries, updates, exception requests, and proposal responses.
providing project management, basic business analysis, and facilitation of cross-team communications between Product Owners, Vendor Management, Execution teams, and Vendor partners to support collaborative, coordinated, timely, high-quality cross-team deliverables
overseeing/coordinating the timely delivery of enrollment reporting and analysis to track Product uptake metrics (projected and actual), as needed to support Anthem & Vendor functional partners planning/staffing, and to inform Annual product program planning activities.
managing teams internal stakeholder-facing Sharepoint sites to ensure product, process, and partner materials are current and user-friendly to meet key stakeholders' needs; identifies opportunities to improve stakeholder education and awareness of product rules, regulations, and capabilities via proactive outreach and responsive intake process.
coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management partners as well as Product Owners to develop, monitor, and manage annual team business budgets
providing product and functional subject matter expertise in response to Market teams day to day member- or client-impacting business issues; using E2E functional process and product knowledge to effectively triage issues and drive to complete and satisfactory resolution; actively facilitates cross-team meetings as needed to aggressively resolve complex issues with urgency and thoroughness.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred. Desired skills:
