Job Family Summary
Develops new or enhanced insurance products, services and customer innovations for targeted lines of business, industry segments, or specialty lines. Utilizes market research data to identify, analyze, and evaluate markets, products, or services that are potential areas for the company to enter. Develops and executes strategic plans for entry into new markets or the development and introduction of new products and services. Prepares contract language, develops initial underwriting guidelines and standards and oversees development of new predictive analytics including pricing models and other predictive models.
Job Summary
The Field Sales & Customer Analyst Leads the development and implementation of sales & customer support programs and projects. Responsible for leading collaborative work streams to drive the development and implementation of sales strategies. Manages the planning and logistics for campaigns/incentives and development of customer cultivation efforts. Collaborates with Marketing staff and business partners to identify opportunities and priorities to penetrate Customer Segment markets. Measures, monitors and analyzes customer segment product/sales initiative effectiveness and efficiency.

Primary Accountabilities
* Marketing and Branding identifying opportunities and priorities to penetrate markets, promote target markets, and agent lead development.
* Understands product platforms, procedures, and sales to collaboratively develop strategic sales programs for agency growth.
* Develops and facilitates analysis and data collection processes to assess and better understand the effectiveness of division sales efforts, reporting results and recommending modifications to management
* Partners with other departments to build measurement tools that assess the success of the sales and customer initiatives.
* Gathers data through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other methods - provides analysis and insights into key sales and support programs to division leadership.
* Partners with other operating companies to understand product systems tools and procedures to develop programs for sales & customer growth.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to review product, platform, and/or customer data.
* Demonstrated knowledge or experience in area(s) of data and business analytics, customer, insurance, managing multiple workstreams, report development & communication.
* Demonstrated experience making independent decisions.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
