Job Description:

Join the Bryan Shisler American Family Insurance Agency team in Scottsdale, AZ! (Offices: North Scottsdale, North Phoenix or North Chandler)

Sales representative candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques, including prospecting, presenting quotes an submitting applications.

Position Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
* Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive hourly pay rate plus commission and/or bonuses ($2,500 - $5,000/month guarantee (based on experience and licensing) with earning potential of $60,000+/year in total compensation.

* Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. (Flexibility including working from home, work in the community and remote work.)
