Job Description
We’re looking for a Field CTO, East to join the Lacework team. As a Field CTO you will be the voice of the customer and the security industry as a whole. You will spend about half of your time supporting sales as an escalation point for high impact meetings, which move the needle, and when you’re not that executive technical presence you will be writing blogs, hosting meetups or working on projects to showcase Lacework technology or that hot new open source project the industry is starting to adopt.
This role will be based in the US and may require up to 50% travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant industry experience
Cloud, DevOps, Security or Compliance experience
Strong understanding of the Cloud architecture and DevOps
Hands on experience solving deep technical problems with novel technology
Ability to interact with and influence practitioners and technical decision makers within the global 2000
Participate in dynamic conversations around sales mechanics that will enable you to positively influence key stakeholders
Ability to act as an industry thought leader in both customer meetings and public settings
Stay close to industry trends in order to gain a deeper product understanding
Nice to have

Cloud or k8s certifications are a Plus
