ICG O&T Control and Reporting is a strategic risk management organization that is integral to ensuring ICG Operations and Technology have the appropriate controls, oversight and reporting in place across all products, processes and systems to fully protect the Firm.
Within ICG O&T Control and Reporting, the Business Management Office is responsible for the groups ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Real Est ate and Vendor Management Planning Processes; as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Operations & Technology Control & Reporting Leadership Team.
The Business Office Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Sr. Business Analyst may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities:
* Working with Senior Management, Recruiting, Human Resources, Finance and Vendor Management to understand and track the organizations headcount, identify trends and resolve issues as they emerge
* Serving as a key point of contact for all regional and organizational issues
* Providing ongoing analysis and reporting to Senior Management
* Supporting strategic cost reduction, business transformation and location strategy initiatives
* Providing ongoing analysis and reporting to Senior Management
* Assisting financial reporting, analysis and forecasting activities, as well as with the yearly budgeting process
* Supporting the organizations process for allocating Operations Control costs to our Front Office business partners.
* Managing ICG Operations & Technology Control & Reportings EMEA Real Estate Footprint
* Serving as a business partner to Finance, Human Resources and Technology
Qualifications
* 2-5 years of business analysis experience required, preferably in a Finance, Expense Management, Business Office, Chief of Staff or CAO Role.
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent analytical ability
* Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management
* A good team player with the ability to multi- task
* Strong written communications.
* Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
