Job Description

- Facilitate the business needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on selected products by ensuring that maintenance support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.

- Identify savings opportunities for renewals software licensing and services. Follow through with vendors and Citi partners to obtain identified savings.
- Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing maintenance and service offerings.
- Collect and maintain information for budgeting, software compliance analyses, inventory contract summaries and cost comparisons. Assist in the development of strategy and reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.

- Communicate through email individual, interview, and group meetings; and presentations to end users management developers and vendors.

- Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information. Identify areas of opportunity and improve/develop processes to close gaps.

- Develop process documentations and decks for senior management. Maintain monthly team highlights.

- Conceptual knowledge of Information Technology

- Excellent written communication and presentation skills

- Proven researching ability and attention to detail

- Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience

- Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions

- Experience with both internal/external Auditors and Regulators

- Experience interacting and presenting to senior leadership
