Job Description:
We are looking for an expert DFT engineer with deep expertise in DFT and associated domains and skills in the following areas.
* Knowledge of latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT, test and silicon engineering.
* Hands-on experience with JTAG standards (1149.1 and 1149.6, 1687), Scan and BIST architectures, including memory BIST, repair and boundary scan.
* Hands-on experience with ATPG and EDA tools like Tessent tool suite, VCS, PrimeTime
* Verification skills include, Logic Equivalence checking and validating the Test-timing of the design.
* Experience working with Gate level simulation, and debug with VCS and other simulators.
* Post-silicon validation and debug experience; Ability to work with ATE patterns
* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Scripting skills - shell scripting, Tcl, Python/Perl.
* Bachelor's or a Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required with a minimum of 12 years of industry experience.
