About the role

As a Part Time Scheduler you will be responsible for:

* Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients for financial professionals
* This position is for the individual who has effective telephone skills and proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks are important
* Provide loyalty-building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls/requests/emails
* Effectively communicate policy information and company procedures to all clients
* Performing other office tasks such as copying, taking messages, distributing mail items, etc.
* This position will neither perform selling duties, nor advise clients

What we are looking for

* Schedulers that are action oriented, high energy, personable, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help our clients
* Excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills
* Must have a high degree of confidentiality with all client interactions and documents
* Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient with MS Office and strong professional typing skills required
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
* 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred
* No securities licensing required
* Hours: 25 hours per week
* Office Location: 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway SE, Atlanta, GA
