Job Description
The Senior Executive Support role provides a variety of advanced management, analytical, program, operational, administrative and professional support to a designated senior executive of the Company. This is a part-time role, up to 30 hours a week. Work assignments are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative in order to resolve problems.

Essential Duties:

Responsible analysis and interpretation of business operations information

Researches, tracks, reports and maintains key business and organization information

Maintains key calendars, supports high level and critical presentations and events.

Performs a variety of key administrative and business specialist tasks focused on allowing the executive team to lead and manage their business task more efficiently.

Serves as the main liaison between a senior executive and direct reports while supporting communication and related activities to the organization and corporate office.

Maintains financial, organizational and business operations information.

Requests and schedules appointments and meetings and resolves problems requiring in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures, and projects in progress.

Takes independent action on handling requests; determines the appropriate course of action, intervenes where necessary, and acts as a liaison between departments.

Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.

Administers and updates designated budgets and assists with variation reporting, maintaining supporting documents and preparing budget spreadsheets and presentations.

Prepares documents and presentation materials for Board meetings and is available to assist during meetings as needed.

Administers the department record-keeping system; updates various department records and publications; ensures that department files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information and determines the appropriateness of release.

Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, presentations, and reports, and performs other analyst, administrative and professional support duties.

Arranges domestic and international travel.

Managing projects will be required.

Other minor duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree or above is preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of business experience in a related role is required, at least five of which should be directly supporting key business leadership or business functions.

Project management experience is preferred.

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

* Minimum of 3 years Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including the use of pivot tables, complex and advanced formulas and macros, experience querying, importing and exporting large data sets (1M + rows)
* Minimum of 2 years experience with statistical reporting
* Minimum of 3 years financial reporting experience

Data analytics and research (business and market) preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with internal clients in all levels of management, peers, and subordinates.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

Ability to interact and work well with co-workers, peers, and management to accomplish tasks, goals, projects, etc.

Must have a strong eye for detail to proofread documents and be able to handle confidential information.

Excellent organization skills and self-motivation to complete routine tasks.

Must have a high degree of energy and flexibility; be proactive, self-motivated with an assertive and creative drive.
