This candidate will be joining an energetic and newly formed HR Product Services team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with an extensive background in designing, building and maintaining scalable and innovative Total Reward employee experiences. We are looking for a person with deep expertise in business analysis and Workday Compensation features. The Product Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders and the Agile team to drive the evolution of the Reward product, responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. The candidate will provide constant feedback to the business line(s) and Agile teams in support of delivery and evolution of the product.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 8 or more years of related HR experience (Workday Compensation preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Position requires advanced configuration expertise in Workday Compensation and related infrastructure components.

* Significant experience, practice and understanding of compensation administration within a complex, matrixed environment.

* The candidate must develop a well-rounded understanding of the customers needs that are aligned with business objectives as well as an ability to develop close relationships with key stakeholders.

* Acts as key resource on agile scrum team managing story delivery including requirements, sizing, testing and planning.

* Proactively engage all stakeholder feedback needed to deliver employee experiences.

* Represents HR business line in enterprise initiatives, participates in technical design, process workflow and communication discussions.
