Job Description

The HR Project Manager will partner closely with WMIS and CCB leaders, HR cross functional partners and digital transformation teams to shape the strategy and driving execution of people initiatives for Digital transformation. In this role, you will Influence the design and drive the prioritization and implementation of people programs with a keen focus on a unified employee experience vs catering to the nuances of individual business functions.

Basic Qualifications;
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in project management activities.
Preferred Qualifications;
* Advanced experience in Excel - highly preferred.
* Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - highly preferred.
* HR experience - highly preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area (WMIS and CCB) - preferred.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Advanced knowledge of project management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
