The Delta Vacations (DLV) Revenue Management department is seeking a Revenue Analyst who will develop tools to report and analyze applicable business programs. They will apply data extraction, business and quantitative skills towards insightful revenue analysis and practical business solutions on projects in revenue management and the broader commercial group. They will also engage various departments across the company to provide recommendations for revenue opportunities and profit enhancements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop, implement, and analyze reports to track DLV’s revenue performance and profitability.
Assist in the preparation of economic models demonstrating the impact of external factors upon DLV and Delta and recommend a course of action aimed at optimizing company profitability.
Partner with sales to identify approaches to grow profitable business and reduce unprofitable business.
Partner with marketing to create tracking tools and provide analyses to determine ROI on marketing initiatives in order to recommend alternatives to maximize return on marketing spend.
Assist in developing revenue forecasts based on relevant drivers. Analyze actual results to budget and forecast and prepare written findings.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 plus years of relevant experience
Experience working in Revenue Management, Finance, or related fields.
Experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as Hyperion, Qlikview, Tableau, SAS.
Versatile, broad airline/tour/hospitality commercial or financial background.
