About the job
This position is within the LDO product line promoting linear regulators which are used in a very wide range of applications and industries givig you exposure to many different use cases. You will be joining a winning team where you will drive winning business as a Product Marketing Engineer with Texas Instruments (TI). In this role, the PME is a valued team member responsible for managing a product portfolio to drive the revenue growth of existing and new products, interfacing directly with customers to gain knowledge about their systems and plan/execute a wide range of product marketing activities to drive business growth in order to continue gaining market share. Activities include :
Directly engaging with top customers and field sales
Maintaining a Best In Class web presence
Developing collateral, product launches, campaigns, and Go-to-Market strategies
Responsibilities include:
Drive DINs to DWINs to grow NR while maintaining profitability
Maintain close relationships with top customers and the respective account managers to understand and close on opportunities
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market, including finding adjacent markets and customers
Plan, manage and execute all marketing activities during the life cycle of a new product (Pre RTM, at RTM and post RTM)
Assess competitive landscape and build strategies to address gaps
Interface with customers and TI field sales/applications to support DINs
Follow up on pending opportunities; from price escalations, customer visits, sampling activity, etc.
Collaborate and communicate the product strategies effectively to cross functional teams - price, campaigns, internet marketing, launch etc.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
2+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships, both inside and outside of the company
