Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to assess Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) risks of proposed products and recommend mitigating controls while managing numerous product launches and testing the performance of compliance controls implemented for specific projects. You will be the person who writes and publish risk reviews in accordance with the department’s procedures and advise on residual risks, recommending mitigating options to business partners. Your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional teams including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Business, always acting as Global Product Compliance point of contact for internal stakeholders.

For such a significant role, we require you to have experience within Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering at a managerial level within financial services and having managed AML programs in the past. You will need to have worked with multiple financial products including complex consumer financial / payment services. You have proven experience in dealing with compliance issues relating to money laundering, terrorism financing, international sanctions, and consumer fraud. Along with this you will need to be analytically minded and have a deep understanding of international AML/CFT standards and specific AML/CFT laws/regulations. It would be considered an advantage to have project management experience within a multi-national organization or possess a CAMS or CFCS certification.
