Tower Health just completed a big conversion project moving other hospitals to Lawson. This role involves general HRIS duties plus contributing to typical implementation/conversion cleanup and looking at leveraging other features of Lawson for further integration opportunities.

Your contributions will include:
* Demonstrating your Lawson prowess by supporting multiple hospitals with questions and issues. Assisting with training and empowering users to successfully navigate the system (especially leaders).
* Performing table maintenance, employee transactions, and creating and running reports in support of HR data information requests.
* Acting as a liaison between IT and Human Resources on projects related to Lawson.
* Designing, analyzing and maintaining systems in support of HR administration, specifically S3 Benefit module and LTM.
* Providing information as requested by other departments relating to Human Resources electronic data.
* Assisting in the planning and implementation of specific HR department projects.
* Identifying new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs.

Qualifications

* Analyst experience with Infor Lawson in a high volume, fast-paced environment is required. Experience as HRIS Analyst with Infor Lawson S3 (v10) and LTM (v11) with a proven ability to do uploads and builds is preferred.
* Experience with implementation of Lawson features beyond payroll and basic HR preferred.
* HS/GED required.
* Strong sense of urgency, resourceful, resiliency and organization skills.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly explain to users how to navigate system functionality.
* Project management skills helpful.
* Demonstrated ability to multi task in a high sense of urgency environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
* Strong math/statistical skills and reporting capabilities a plus. Math or statistically background helpful to assist with analysis and interpretation of reporting needs.
* Experience working with Kronos a plus.
