Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
MSW in Social Work required.
EXPERIENCE
Previous Social Work Experience in a Home Health Care setting preferred.
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Current PA Valid Driver's License
Current Automobile Insurance
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
REQUIRED SKILLS
