Job Purpose:
Will be performing First Article inspection.
Nature of Duties and Responsibilities:
* Candidate will check dimensions and perform the Smart Drill F/A, including inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.
* Conducts dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies.
* Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.
Education and Experience:
* Must be able to perform Dimensional checks on PWBs and hole size, at final stage of the PWBs and run the Optek Machine ( Video Mic Optek )
* Must know how to read and use calipers, pin gauges and micrometers
* Must be able to read blue prints.
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills
* A minimum of 1 year experience in quality control.
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
