The Traffic Coordinator ensures the efficient orchestration of timelines, schedules and workflow in a high-volume, fast-changing environment, requiring strong communication, organization and reporting skills. The position will partner with teams in Digital, Marketing, Live Show, Video Content, Merchandising and Commerce Platforms to receive, define, schedule and process work requests. This role ensures logistics, execution, personnel, studio and equipment support are scheduled and delivered accordingly to the production timelines.

The Traffic Coordinator supports the execution teams by monitoring progress, providing regular overviews of the team workload and advising department management on resource availability. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient workflow processes and regularly suggests ways to bring innovation to the process; increasing operational efficiencies while reducing costs and improving the quality of content produced.

* Ability to lead meetings.
* A working knowledge of content production, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics.
* Working knowledge of still and moving imaging software for both Mac and PC platforms.
* Proficient on both the Macintosh (OSX) and PC computing platforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, TV or Digital Media related field

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years business experience in TV production/Video production/Digital media production planning required. Experience in Internet, retail, and/ or merchandising environment preferred. 3-5 Years Media Asset Management Experience Preferred.
