Are you looking for an exciting and unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Office innovation? The Office Graphics team is looking to fill a key Program Manager position in the video space, aligning with an Office and Microsoft-wide priority to provide video innovation for Office users. This role gives you the opportunity to help define the future of video experiences in Office, collaborate with partners across Microsoft, and work closely with our Design and Engineering teams to create Office fans through next generation customer experiences.

The Office Graphics team's mission is to empower every person and every organization to infuse creative expression into work, life and play. We are actively changing the way customers perceive Office with a track record of innovation in areas like Premium Content, Ink, 3D, and Automatic Alt Text. We sit at the nexus of Office and a large number of partner teams, designing features and functionality that create Microsoft-wide value. Our team owns both user experiences for graphical content and low-level rendering and animation. Our features cross many applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Stream, Flip, Outlook, OneNote, Project and Visio. We build features across Office endpoints (Windows, Web, Android, Mac and iOS) and device types (desktop, tablet and phone).

* Incubate new video scenarios for Office
* Design video experiences, balancing customer needs and technical requirements
* Coordinate and communicate with a large set of stakeholders and partners across Microsoft
* Validate customer scenarios and designs, leveraging appropriate customer channels
* Work with Design and Engineering to deliver high customer value
* Collaborate with Marketing on launch messaging and collateral

Required:

* 5+ years of product or program management experience
* Experience gathering customer requirements and creating customer-centric designs
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of related industry experience

Preferred:

* 5+ years of experience designing features for a customer-facing application
* Familiarity with making data-driven decisions and deriving insights from a variety of data sets
* Proven ability to work across complex organizations on changes impacting multiple teams
* Effective communication skills, both written and in presentation, to diverse stakeholders
* Deep commitment to achieving high user and business partner satisfaction
* Experience with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) would be an asset
* Background in graphics, rendering, photography or video would be an asset
