Sanitation Crew is responsible for working with Food Safety Practitioner and Sanitation Lead. The duty includes cleaning non-critical areas and maintaining the sanitation records and documentations.
Primary duties include, but not limited to,
* Understands procedures and instructions set by Food Safety Practitioner
* Follows instructions and guidelines given by Sanitation Lead
* Reports all sanitation related issues to Food Safety Coordinator as well as Sanitation Lead
* Maintains communication with Sanitation Lead
* Have basic understanding in food safety, GMPs and sanitation
* Prepares chemical products and cleaning tools to be used in cleaning and sanitizing
* Manages and sanitizes cleaning tools and materials
* Has a deep understanding of food safety policies related to cleaning and sanitation
