As a Skunk Works ACPSO for a new and high visibility program, you will develop, administer and audit fast-paced and complex security programs for effectiveness and compliance with government regulations. In this role, you will perform security activities for an array of Advanced Development Programs (ADP) within the ADP Tactical Programs portfolio; which include, but not limited to the following:
Showcase your expertise and knowledge of the
DoDM 5205.07 Volumes, customer implementation guidance, and implement into a successful security program.
Create and maintain contractual documentation to include DD254s, Standard Operating Procedures, Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC)/accreditation letters and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), facilitate SAP visits, and maintain a secure communication/computing environment.
Strengthen compliance through comprehensive self-inspections, 24/7 inspection readiness with
oversight to cyber JSIG checklist compliance and
execute a successful Security Education Training
Awareness (SETA) program.
Manage classified material inventory/control, and
conduct program security investigations on
incidents.
Foster and strengthen relationships with program
management and external customers.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast paced, multi-program, teaming atmosphere; yet work independently to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and government requirements.
Must have good communication/presentation skills.
Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP).
Minimum experience as an Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO).
Experience with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements.
Desired Skills:
Prior contractor/military special access programs experience. Proven experience supporting multiple programs with several government agencies.
Self-starter with a Can-Do attitude.
Ability to multi-task and support tasks directed by the security manager and program manager.
