Position
The Quality Assurance Specialist IV is an integral part of Wholesale Lending Services Credit Proposals QC environment. On a daily basis the Quality Assurance Specialist IV will be analyzing various loan documents and internal systems, ensuring data in the system of record is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities:
* Complete Quality Control Reviews in QIP Database, ensuring data in the system of record is accurate and complete
* Review various source documents and compare the information from those documents to data in iCRD Desktop and ICRD Proposals
* Analyze facility set ups in iCRD to ensure they align with credit requests
* Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs and policies
* Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
Qualifications:
* College degree preferred or equivalent experience
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in loan/product operations or a credit/lending environment
* General experience with related credit systems such as ARC/iCRD Proposals, iCRD Desktop. An aptitude to quickly learn and understand relevant systems and applications including upstream/downstream linkages
* Good understanding of credit loan products (revolving lines of credit, term loans, commercial cards, etc.) and operating exposures (ACH, Intra-day limits, etc.)
* Experience with real estate secured loans is beneficial
* General knowledge of financial exposure and ability to understand simple to moderate customer structures
* Ability to build and maintain excellent partnerships and relationships throughout the CB
* Must be capable of balancing and prioritizing in a time sensitive environment
* Must maintain a high level of accuracy with attention to detail, with high standards for personal performance
* Demonstrate excellent judgement, initiative, ownership, and accountability
* Strong problem solving skills to get to the root cause of issues and resolve them
* Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
* Ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a metrics driven environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic competency in PC and Microsoft applications
* iCRD, ARC, DealWorks, QIP Database experience is a plus
