You will join the leading Insurance investment banking team. Our Insurance team covers over 170 clients, including large-cap international insurers, specialty carriers, reinsurance carriers, life insurers, alternative capital vehicles, insurance services companies, and insuretechs. We have advised on the most transformative transactions in the insurance space such as Allstates sale of Allstate Life Insurance Company, National Generals sale to Allstate, Ryan Specialty Groups merger with All Risks, BRPs IPO, Prudentials acquisition of AssuranceIQ, JLTs sale to MMC, Aspens sale to funds managed by Apollo, AXAs acquisition of XL Group, and Validus sale to AIG.
