Job description

The specific responsibilities of this individual will be as follows:

* Manages employees across multiple job areas and/or sub-families.
* Establishes goals and objectives for team(s) and tracks and delivers on operational/financial performance.
* Participates in the broader family's planning process; establishes long-mid range goals and plans; and coordinates activities with other managers and their respective sub-families.
* Manage provisioning of all devices utilized on eCOA studies.
* Responsible for vendor management of provisioning partners, review of budgets, costing and purchasing of devices within study budgets, logistics for distributing devices to study sites, reviewing process improvements and increasing margins.
* Collaboration partner for Study PM, Help Desk.

* Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Leading and managing others, including technical and client facing staff
* Managing budgets and product margin
* Ability to socialize offerings across IQVIA to enable sales and product collaboration
* Product development; teaming up with other IQVIA subject matter experts to develop, launch, and maintain product offerings

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

* Bachelors degree in related discipline required; graduate degree a plus
* Minimum of 1-3 years related experience and/or demonstrated competency in the pharmaceutical industry and in technology offerings or a logistics-based role.
* Demonstrated experience specific to device provisioning, particularly mobile devices (within a clinical research setting is a plus)
* Demonstrated knowledge of managing product scoping, development, design, production, extensive vendor management and client interaction.
