Experience
Expertise in human-centered design and UX practices in mobile apps, websites, responsive design methodologies. Skillful and experienced at design research, blueprinting, collaborative work session design and facilitation, rapid prototyping, and frame working to strategically define ideal experiences.
A portfolio which highlights a strong understanding of User Experience Design, including, but not limited to, service blueprints, user flows, journey mapping, and translating customer research, analytics, and insights into visual artifacts.
Aptitude to quickly respond and deliver multiple inventive ideas that are fresh and simple while solving complex customer and business needs.
Capability to clearly communicate your design decisions with the team and craft elegant presentation and storytelling capabilities.
Join forces and collaborate with stakeholders along on the design journey. Use visual and verbal storytelling to share your discoveries, gather and integrate feedback, influence stakeholders, and create energy for an idea or an initiative.
Expertise in building low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs and have worked in Agile/Scrum software development process.
Competence with current design and collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Abstract, etc.)
On to of design trends and industry standards, usability findings , constraints and opportunities
Define, develop and maintain a library of UI components and visual design guidelines for desktop, mobile, and web software products.
Collaborate with Interaction Design, Software Development, Product Management, and Brand on a wide variety of programs.
Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and to develop journey maps and user flows.
Ability to define and develop Design Systems.
Expertise in creating prototypes that showcase design concepts and interaction patterns.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in design-related field or equivalent
5+ years of experience with User Experience design for App (iOS and Android), Web Desktop, and Mobile Web (latest 5 versions)
1+ year of experience design building methodologies - Design Thinking, Lean UX, build Design systems or similar that focuses on early definition of user needs
1+ year of experience using Sketch or Figma
1+ year of experience with prototyping tools such as Invision etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills; must be able to present concepts, ideas design confidently.
At least 5 years of experience working with large Enterprise teams and/or start-ups
