Fiservs Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional role within the firm. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience unique in the business worldand unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their career. The best and brightest will be the framework of the firms future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm.

As a part of the Corporate Analyst Program you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.

Please Note: Our Corporate Analyst Program interview process begins in November and typically lasts through March for a January or June 2021 start date. You can expect to hear from one of our recruiters if your qualifications align.

Summary of Department:

Analytics: Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights to better understand and/or improve the business. Reporting: Measure core metrics and organize data into informational summaries to monitor performance. Capacity Planning: Create workforce management models to determine capacity needs and optimize production.

Job Description:

Automate data processes and assist with data conversion and migration projects. Interact with data providers and users to identify and correct data issues. Analyzing data with standard statistical methods, interpreting the results, and preparing presentations with summary of data analyses. Identify opportunities to inject advanced analytical techniques into our current processes.

Basic Qualifications:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Access, SQL or similar.
* Understand SQL language and using joins, groupings, and where filters.
* Power BI experience is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, work well under pressure, and adhere to time-sensitive deadlines.
* Ability to review, analyze, and/or configure data systems to support business processes.
