Facebook is seeking a Strategic Compliance Program Manager who is a highly motivated team player to join the Compliance Programs Office within Facebooks Legal department. This position will play a key role in supporting Facebooks compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It will be focused on designing, implementing, and managing cross-functional, innovative compliance solutions and tooling that facilitate efficient risk management across multiple risk domains. In addition, this position will support the scaling of Compliances third party enhanced review program. Strategic Compliance Program Manager Responsibilities
* Actively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities to enhance Facebooks compliance and risk management processes and introduce innovative approaches and solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
* Work across teams to design, implement, and manage large-scale compliance programs that address Facebooks strategic compliance needs, including programmatic controls and safeguards relating to third party risk management and compliance approvals
* Build relationships and coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment of requirements between stakeholder teams
* Expand the third party monitoring, testing, and audit protocol for our compliance programs, focusing primarily on anti-corruption compliance, and including other compliance verticals such as trade, political activities, environmental, health and safety, and supply chain management
* Recognize patterns, evaluate data and metrics to make constructive observations to enhance training, procedures and consistency in decision making
* Draft and maintain detailed policies and procedures, work instructions, and other communications related to key compliance programs
* Help assess effectiveness of key controls and safeguards and recommend and manage improvements
* Report and review any potential deviations from compliance policies/procedures and issue and track appropriate corrective actions
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience of working in a risk or compliance function for global organizations
* Experience designing, implementing, and assessing processes and controls intended to facilitate regulatory compliance
* Experience working on anti-corruption matters or third party audits
Preferred Qualifications
* Program management skills and high degree of rigor and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with experience influencing, building consensus, driving change as well as communicating and/or presenting effectively with different levels or leadership
* Highly motivated, proactive and experience working with minimal supervision
