CAFM Business Lead

Job Description

Facebook is seeking an experienced CAFM professional to help understand challenges and problems of our key customers and translate those into solutions that the CAFM team can deliver on. This position would report to the Director of FCS Technology and is located at Facebook headquarters.

CAFM Business Lead Responsibilities

* Act as the primary customer facing engagement point for CAFMs business partners.

* Partnering closely with Global Workplace Design, Planning and other partners to ensure services being delivered are aligned with the teams needs.

* Proactively monitor the different ways that CAFM and the ARCHIBUS platform can be expanded to improve performance and the customer user experience.

* Create customized reporting for various customers that is tailored to their business needs around CAFM data.

* Serves as Subject Matter Expert for all proposed process related changes concerning Space Data Management and the CAFM system, in particular on how the changes would impact CAFMs customers.

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree

* 10+ years of experience in managing corporate real estate technical programs

* 5+ years of experience managing technical team

* Experience driving technical projects with program management approach

* Background with various CAFM and IWMS system, understanding of system integration process

* Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and construction document management software

* Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel

* Experience with Tableau

* Understanding of relational database table structure

* Communication, project management, analytic and troubleshooting skills

* Analysis of real estate and space related data, along with experience performing trending analyses

* Experience with facilities management, hospitality services, physical security operations, or real estate planning

* Planning skills including attention to detail, information organization, timeline tracking and communication across many teams and at all organizations
