In Facebook Reality Labs, we're building devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes Oculus, Portal, and Augmented Reality (AR) products, as well as research and development labs.

The Portal team is building products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content that make it easier to connect more regularly with the most important people in your life.

Were looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead a team of product marketers and managers for Facebook Reality Labs home portfolio, including Portal, Portal Mini, Portal+, and Portal TV. This leader would be responsible for customer-centric business decision-making across functions, working closely with Product (PM, Engineering, Design) as well as Product Operations (Analytics, Growth, Marketing, Sales, PR, Partnerships, Legal, Privacy, Policy, and Finance).

Director, Product Marketing, Portal Responsibilities

* Manage and support a team of more than 9 product marketers, ensuring alignment between individuals strengths and business needs

* Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities

* Work across business functions to lead a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Portal portfolio, including new product introduction, in-market growth, and portfolio management across hardware and software product

* Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

Minimum Qualifications

* 15 or more years of experience with consumer products or product marketing

* 8 or more years of experience with team leadership, people management, cross-functional team leadership, or leadership

* Track record of building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

* Leadership experience in a global role and knowledge of diverse cultural, social and business landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience launching and scaling a consumer hardware product

* Experience with go-to-market strategies for small business audiences
