Facebook is looking for a Content Marketing Manager for its Scaled Growth team to build and implement content and community engagement strategy for driving adoption of Facebook's Audience Network business. This role will involve collaborating with analysts, growth leads, and cross-functional marketing partners to develop, test, and optimize messaging and creative. This individual will also lead the content marketing efforts from strategy and execution to distribution in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Content Marketing Manager, Scaled Programs Responsibilities
* Build the content strategy with a focus on community engagement to drive lead generation and product adoption
* Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with business goals
* Understand the customer journey and develop a personalized content plan for maximizing engagement and customer success
* Provide engaging text, image and video content for digital communities
* Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, policy, communications, legal and design to develop content for lifecycle email campaigns and cross-sell programs
* Structure ongoing tests to measure program impact and effectiveness of copy, creative and channel
* Own content success metrics and analytics and obsessively track and measure results, gather insights and optimize content for conversion
* Evaluate market trends and product fit to develop targeted messaging for developer and publisher audiences
* Optimize the funnel through email nurture, content and social channels
* Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in tone, and complies with SEO best practices
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of content marketing or content strategy experience
* Experience curating content to drive engagement
* Experience managing key agency and vendor relationships for design and content deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, English, Communications or related field
* Experience in AdTech ideally in developer or publisher marketing
* Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity for content development
