Starting Salary: $23.25 to $31.25 an hour
The Integrated Process Management Security area supports all BUs and six functions across the company including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service, marketing and supply chain. All around how each function is involved with the Product Lifecycle from early development to production to obsolete state. To continue to provide support of IPM Security team functions, this role has the responsibility to execute day to day / operational activities including but not limited to...
* Processing of new and management of existing product container & library requests.
* Manage new and changes to restricted data agreements & shared data agreements including agreement expiration and renewals.
* Troubleshoot user access provisioning issues by working with information asset/data owners and the IT function.
* Perform audit and compliance related tasks involving application users activities, user permissions, engineering data and joint venture data management.
* Data analytics, metrics reporting and KPI management and publishing.
* Business and system role management including information asset/data owner changes, description updates, glossary management, etc.
* Documentation management including SOPs, procedures, standards, work instructions and training. This includes both internal team and external stakeholders documents within sharepoint, windchill, projectlink, rationale and wwims.
In addition to day to day / operational activities, this role will be involved with supporting various projects and program within engineering and manufacturing functions. This would include....
* Testing of enhancements and change to both process and/or application tool changes for existing business capabilities in steady state applications.
* Supporting tasks, action items, pre-validation and testing events related to existing projects like the current multiyear/phase MDE Program and new projects in the future.
The role involves working with global stakeholders and end users as well as collaboration with peer teams within Integrated Process Management, Global Process Owners, Cyber Security Operations, Joint Venture Relationship Managers, Information Asset/Data Owners (IAOs), PLM IT Application Support and Product Capability. All these activities are critical to insure we provide the right level of access to authorized users while protecting the most IP sensitive/rich Cummins data.
Coordinates and manages the product requirements and product change management processes in order to ensure that specification documents (e.g. drawing, structure, standards and software) are clear, concise and valid across the organization. Works under minimal supervision.
Conducts audits of product specification documents (e.g. drawing, structure, standards and software) and ensures adherence to Product Release standards.
Provides information and education (as necessary) to stakeholders regarding standards and rules for documenting Cummins product specifications, including engineering, marketing, services and manufacturing processes.
Identifies internal stakeholders to solve queries and ensures compliance with product requirements.
Develops and implements practices and work instructions for the product requirements and change management processes.
Trains and supports less experienced Documentation Controllers.
Leads and/or participates in basic and/or complex improvement projects linked to the product requirements and related change management processes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
