Remote Services Program Manager
What you will do
The Remote Services Program Manager will support all teams under the Remote Services org, interface with sales to ensure/clarify offering alignment, provide support to management on budgetary data, work with management to provide quotes for remote service, represent Remote Services on JCSS projects when applicable and serve as project contact for Remote Services when needed.
How you will do it
* Support across all three teams RSS, RPS, ESS
* Participate in new product launch calls and work with RSS team to ensure their support readiness
* Lead efforts with sales and offer management whenever any of the remote service teams has a new service launched
* Head efforts to make sure sales understands which offering within the remote services portfolio matches the customer
* Help in developing Cloud/Customer service standards and take the lead on tracking down deficiencies in the overall JCI support process
* Support efforts for VoC work
* Lead efforts as needed to manage specific customer projects that require critical care
* Assist management to ensure teams/work is properly resourced and projects meet profitability and margin expectations
* Maintain tracking of project and team activities
* Review and analyze project performance and metrics and take necessary action
What we look for
* 5 years minimum experience with Intrusion, Fire, Access Control and CCTV industry.
* 3 years project/programming management required
* PMP/College Degree equivalent preferred
* Experience with financial budgeting
* Strong customer focus
* Strong interpersonal skill
* Ability to perform multi-tasks
* Strong coaching and development skills
* Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to interpret and analyze data to effectively implement strategic plans
