Wells Fargo is seeking a TECH BUS SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE that will liaise with technical and business stakeholder on various application requirement in a global platform. The candidate must have strong communication and thought leadership skills and an experienced background on working with large volume of data.

The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with technical teams. Should have good understanding of Change Request procedure. Extensive knowledge of SDLC and business process re-engineering with different methodologies, such as SDLC, Waterfall, Scrum, Agile and Scrum-Waterfall Hybrid. Experienced in creating Test Plan, Test Scripts, Test Scenarios, Test cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), User acceptance Testing (UAT), and familiar with software testing and Regression testing.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Serves as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel (business) on projects.
* Work with multiple team environments where applications are connected to achieve the desired goal in the enterprise
* Work independently with Capital Marketing Business and be able to define requirements/scope, provide solutions and recommendations to the client
* Create client ready deliverables like requirements/solution documentations/presentations and mange change requests
* Utilize understanding on integration with core systems
* Effectively communicate in writing and presentations to all levels within the organization
* Work at a high level to analyze a business problem, then recommend and develop solutions to address the business challenge
* Lead translation of major business requirements into functional and non-functional/technical specifications
* Data analysis skills by extracting data from the SQL server

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
* 5+ years of SQL experience
* 5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
* 2+ years of Agile experience
* 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
* 5 + years of experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
* Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
* Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
* 1+ year of DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) experience
* 2+ years of PAC2000 experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing project work through the design, build, test, and deploy phases and provides weekly status reporting, risk & issue log, and plan updates
* Capital market experience is a plus
* Needed to work with project managers, vendors, suppliers, and technology team members
