What youll be doing

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President, Marketing Operations & Vice President, Global Brand Creative. Possess a deep understanding of the importance of accommodating executives in a service-oriented role and find value in facilitating their efficiency and efficacy. Demonstrate experience exhibiting appropriate judgment and situational awareness. Meticulously organized and accurate in the management of a high volume of details. Practice a bias for action; know when to make proactive, informed decisions without requiring direction. A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the executives they support. High emotional intelligence and discretion are essential. Aptitude to manage communications with the right balance of information sharing.

Responsibilities:

* Ability to support the administrative needs of two tech executives leading different Marketing teams

* Manage accurate and complex schedules to optimize executive's time, connecting them with key stakeholders

* Organize and arrange travel, including flights & lodging (when business travel resumes)

* Document all receipts and work related expenses; submit for reimbursement in a timely manner

* Assist with tracking of Marketing team budgets, as requested

* Work collaboratively with the Marketing EA Team and the greater EA community, responding to peer requests in a timely manner

* Operate proactively, anticipate needs and resolve barriers to executive's success by taking the appropriate level of action and/or communication necessary Attend weekly staff meetings to maintain an awareness of team priorities; track and prompt action related to the adherence of deadlines and deliverables

* Exercise professionalism interacting with team members, keeping objectivity in tact; exhibit a willingness to help and maintain an approachable, personable and clam demeanor

* Previous experience in a technology company and/or support of VP-level executives in a local company or similar capacity

* Other duties assigned as bandwidth allows

Who you are...

* Experienced: 5+ years experience in a support role

* Educated: Bachelors Degree preferred

* Exceptional communication, both oral and written

* Excellent typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office & GSuite software

* Willingness to learn Tableau, using our own software product

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects with little supervision

* Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills

* Builds authentic, collaborative relationships with individuals, team members, and stakeholders through consistent and honest interaction

* Ability to identify problems and independently develop alternatives for resolution; avert problems by anticipating contingencies and raising issues in an appropriate time frame

* Understands the importance of a dynamic and collaborative company culture
