Job Overview:
- Thermal design review and debug support for 5G Smartphone/Mobile BroadBand/CPE/Laptop/IoT/Telemetics.
- Assist in optimizing customers thermal design and evaluate the simulation result by running Flotherm and ICEPAK.
- Support device thermal optimization/verification and power measurement.
- Provide the recommendation for thermal material usage.
- Capture the device temperature distribution through IR CAM.
- Thermal tuning through SW configuration.
- Application note and technical memo publishing.
- Provide the power data report and analysis.
- Training provide.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience with thermal material: Graphite sheet, thermal paste, TIM, heat pipe, vapor chamber
- SW modification and thermal log analysis capability.
- Mobile industry experience, handset OEMs, mobile production line.
- Digital circuit, software drivers, and power management is plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm of Engineering and Technology.
- Very good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
- The candidate is a good team builder with excellent people skills and used to operating in networked and virtual team environments.
- Natural self starter, self-motivated, independent and resourceful problem solver.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills capable of presenting persuasively to all levels of the organization in an articulate and succinct manner. Active listening ability.
- High intention in engineering and technical analysis.
- The candidate is a mature person able to establish relationships to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization in appropriate manners.
- He or She is a team player and has an easy-to-work-with attitude.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics engineering, Thermal/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
