Description
The Private Wealth Operations, Retirement and Custody Services Administrator is responsible for various support functions for Retirement and Custody Services Associates and Relationship Managers. They support the client facing team members with payment processing, pricing, researching inquiries and distributing materials, meeting coordination and operational reporting.
* Provide support in various areas including reporting and prospecting materials, payment processing, pricing and communications. May also provide various reconciliation or reporting functions. Maintain accurate processing of all client transactions in conjunction with the client facing team.
* Responsible for a variety of cash movement activities. As a key part of the relationship management team, they are directly engaged with client facing colleagues to ensure the proper setup and administration of accounts.
* Allow for client service standards to be maintained at high levels and provide for essential business development activities. As a key part of the client service team at CCPW, they are essential to our provision of completely satisfying client experience. Occasionally, interacting directly with clients.
* Support new business onboarding by coordinating with operations groups and service providers to ensure new assets are received properly and client documentation is fully recorded.
Qualifications
The PWM Retirement and Custody Services Administrator have a primary responsibility to assist client facing team members with the day to day management of the client book of business. They work along with the Relationship Managers and Associates to resolve daily client needs.
* Experience with payment processing and other client transactions as part of the posting, review and reconciliation process.
* Knowledge of ERISA, retirement plan payments, custody account transactions, and 401(k) client activities preferred.
* Experience with supporting a team as resources for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs. Administrators provide support to correspondence with clients on behalf of the client facing team members, and assists with pipeline activity and sales reporting.
