Job Description

Facebook Reality Labs is in search of a Product Management Leader to oversee the Virtual Reality Software Development Kit (SDK) product management team to empower developers with the APIs and tools they need to deliver amazing new experiences, and to ensure high developer satisfaction. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leader to help mentor and guide direct reports as they collaborate with engineers and designers.

Product Management Lead, VR Developer Success Responsibilities

* Manage a team of Product Managers and lead, the ideation, technical development and launch of Virtual Reality Software Development Kit (SDK) products

* Offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team and equip them for success in their goals

* Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

* Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers and user researchers

* Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

* Drive forward our understanding of how Virtual Reality can positively impact peoples lives

* Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in Product Management

* 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams

* 5+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership

* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
