Job Description
This position requires extensive computer experience, leadership, organizational and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and with multiple teams simultaneously while prioritizing workloads is required. Written and extensive verbal communication skills are needed to support daily coordination with mechanics, planner/schedulers, operations and vendors. Computer systems utilized include Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Avantis, R-time, and MyBuy.

* Maintain Technical Documents Electronically and in Shop Library
* Utilize Avantis (CMMS) to Accurately Scorecard Mechanic Timecards and PM Compliance
* Maintain 5300 Committed Spend and Reconcile to Actual Spend
* Utilize R-time to Provide Daily/Weekly/Period Downtime Reporting
* Support Parts Crib Activities as Needed
* Support Mtx Planning and Scheduling to Effectively Complete Work
* Backfill Parts Crib Admin Team
* Maintain Active Mtx Priorities List
* Maintain Mechanic and SCL Training Matrix
* Attend Top 5 Meetings and Assist in Tracking and Cross-functional Communication
* Other Projects and Activities as Assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
* Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload
* Must be able to professionally handle sensitive situations
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with and build relationships with all levels of site staff
* Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc
