As the Sr. Program Manager within the Amazon Advertising Experience organization, you will drive business initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including, sales, product, user experience, engineering, and operations teams within the Advertising organization. You will oversee multiple program initiatives, manage trade-off decisions, and drive consensus with leadership and partners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
5+ years experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, standardize, and maintain business program processes, methodology and technology.
Develop relationships and processes with user experience, product owners, voice of the customer operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address product issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate in projects as needed.
Own program road maps, vision, metrics, goals and performance of the program and represent in business reviews and other meetings.
Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps.
Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies and product roadmap improvements.
Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
Recognize and use advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems.
Balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences for shoppers and advertisers alike.
Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the digital advertising or marketing space.
A demonstrated track record of leading a medium to large-scale program from conception through completion, demonstrating multi-functional skills to make it successful.
Ability to lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal.
Handle multiple contending priorities in an energizing environment.
Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people.
Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through.
Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products.
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
