DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking an experienced and talented Marketing Manager of Scalable Programs to be part of the global partner marketing team that markets with and through members of the AWS Partner Network. This role will be responsible for partner focused scalable campaigns through APN Marketing Central, Concierge Service, and Agency Connect. Partners will leverage these scalable campaigns to build awareness and demand across customer segments. The candidate must have in-depth experience building an end-to-end aspects of global scalable campaigns, including experience in customer journey marketing, content marketing, creative management and digital tactics, execution/optimization and reporting. This individual will collaborate and drive alignment with key management stakeholders across AWS global partner marketing, segment and solutions marketing and external agencies to ensure excellent planning, communication and execution across all aspects of scalable campaigns. To maximize effectiveness in the role, a strong knowledge of demand generation campaigns, partner programs, branding, and experience working with marketing agencies is required. Key responsibilities include:
Manage all operational aspects of scalable campaigns, including defining priorities, workflow, timelines, communications and asset management.
Obtain input, prioritize, and work closely with global teams to understand campaign needs and ensure global campaigns support.
Enable self-service, co-brandable marketing campaigns and programs for AWS Partners through the creation and/or deployment of campaign-in-a-box, key assets, bill-of-materials and marketing toolkits in Marketing Central.
Ensure projects are progressing, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated and appropriately escalated, and results are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage external agencies. Create appropriate campaign briefs, drive creative development, and own all aspects of the process including cost negotiations, schedule management, internal and external approvals, research and campaign analysis.
Drive awareness and increasing utilization of APN Marketing Central and increase the quality of assets, content, training and tools available to AWS partners by building an effective marketing promotion plan to drive awareness, adoption and usage of scalable campaigns.
Track, report and communicate on monthly campaign performance including key performance metrics and analyze the results of launched initiatives; based on these learning, implement operational improvements that optimize our available resources.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of relevant work experience in building marketing campaigns at scale, driving digital demand generation, and partner co-marketing programs in B2B companies.
5+ years demonstrated success in marketing roles that are customer, and partner facing
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, technical, or relevant field of study.
5+ years experience in driving direction and alignment with global teams, external agencies and delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns at scale.
5+ years experience in using Microsoft Excel and Marketing Automation tools to manipulate and analyze data, presenting metrics and dashboards to senior leadership.

Excellent project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple and projects at once.
Familiarity with SFDC and Marketo.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and strong cross-functional leadership.
