Position Summary

ABM is seeking a strong, energetic and disciplined individual to support the execution of its comprehensive business transformation strategy. This dynamic person will be deeply involved in setting and ensuring the successful execution of ABMs short and long-term transformation including strategic growth, operating efficiency/effectiveness, and cost-saving initiatives.

The primary focus of the work is two-fold:

1. Work in close partnership with the Head of Transformation to design and maintain key transformation processes. These processes include establishing a standardized approach to Enterprise transformation (including a program plan, understanding dependencies and resourcing, maintaining enterprise transformation metrics) and development of the appropriate systems and tools to maintain a standardized approach

2. Support the execution of the overall transformation cadence (at different levels). This includes and established cadence with the ELT, functional, business and project leads.

3. As needed work with the Head of Strategy business unit and functional leadership and teams to develop, prioritize, lead and execute enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver improved business performance. This will require developing financial and operational analytics to inform / track key priorities, building and communicating internal consensus on optimal execution path forward, and designing / leading disciplined processes to execute transformation initiatives.

This role reports to ABMs Vice President of the Transformation Office.

Essential Duties

* Lead the Program Management function and team within the Transformation office and engage and guide top leadership (corporate, business unit, function) through the strategic planning and transformation management processes.
* Design and lead processes to drive enterprise transformation initiatives from concept to realized value.
* Establish a set of scalable standard transformation processes and build the program office to develop a standardized approach to Enterprise transformation including maintaining a program plan, resourcing, program metrics and program sequencing,
* Support the Head of Transformation Office and the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer in planning and coordinating weekly ELT meetings and preparing for Board presentations; deliver timely, detailed and clear update communications to various stakeholders (e.g., ABM leadership).
* Lead the quarterly business review process on behalf of the Transformation office
* Work with Strategy team to ensure teams are on track to deliver program timeline, productivity and intervene/escalate as necessary to address roadblocks
* Build strong and productive partnerships with key stakeholders within business units and cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, lead and execute strategic initiatives that deliver improved business performance
* Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful realization of Transformation goals and deliverables
* Leverage project management skills and expertise to successfully manage projects.

Minimum Requirements

* MBA preferred. Bachelors degree required.
* 5-10 years in related disciplines including transformation and program management, Post merger integration, consulting, strategic planning, program/project management, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, operations, corporate/commercial finance.
* 2 years or more of direct experience in consulting, strategic planning, and/or transformation management is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with program management and project management software
* Track record of successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives from concept through implementation.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve cross-divisional alignment.
* Results-oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management.
* Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
* Focused on delivering high quality and timely deliverables with a positive approach towards the work.

* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
* Office environment
* Travel required <25% (depending on location)
