The Customer Maintenance Technician (CMT) primary function is to maintain the appearance and cleanliness, and aesthetic integrity of the campus including; common areas, office areas, restrooms, conference rooms, coffee areas, and Cafe.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Minor patch & paint projects
* Repair and maintenance and carpentry projects to interior and exterior of building
* Install white boards and hang pictures
* Minor repairs to white boards
* Install door stops and coat hooks
* Minor repairs on gate and hinges of gates
* Repair cabinet doors
* Hanging pictures and wall art
* Assist in creating scope and project over site for projects to big to complete on own.
* Monitor condition and fix toilets, urinals, drains, sinks, shower fixtures, and air fresheners
* Maintain eye and body wash stations
* Caf Kitchens and General Office drains
* Identify and maintain necessary tools
* Inspection forms completed by staff during preventative maintenance process
* On call rotation
* Restroom preventative maintenance on basics restroom components
* Eyewash station testing
Minimum Requirements
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:
General maintenance ability required with knowledge of basic plumbing. As a CMT you must demonstrate organization skills, reliability and posse the drive and motivation to follow through on all assignments. Experience in creating scope of work, and shopping bids.
