Job Description
The Assistant Account Manager for Housing Department is responsible for the site performance of services and has direct responsibility for supervising and training custodians.
He or She should have the following requirements and be able to complete these essential duties:
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Computer literate
* Highly Organized
* Familiar with floor care, Carpet and Tile
* Able to work flexible hours, including holiday and weekends.
* Strong commitment to service quality.
Essential Duties:
* Lead employees on the day-to-day operations, to ensure that service is performed as contracted
* Maintain great communication with the building liaison.
* Evaluate and monitor routine work and projects.
* Conduct quality inspection on MPower, (ABM inspection program)
* Coordinate and monitor status of work orders and client requests.
* Managed and maintain facility management task as assigned.
* Conduct monthly employee trainings.
* Maintain accurate inventory and equipment service.
* Transfer supplies to other buildings if need it.
Enhanced Cleaning Service.
1. Electric Static Sprayer (Classrooms & Bathrooms)
2. Disinfection with fogger machine and back packs (Classrooms & Bathrooms)
3. High touch cleaning service
4. Q/I disinfection service
* Training will be given for any tasks and systems that the candidate is not familiar with.
*Job duties may be modified at any time.
Minimum Requirements
A High School Diploma and or College Course work is required
Supervisory/managerial experience is preferred
A valid State issued Drivers license is required
Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be a strong team player able to work well with other crewmembers and follow direction from Management
Must be customer focused, with strong interpersonal skills
Must have ability to work with other crewmembers and be able to take direction from Management
Able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties listed above
