We are looking for a highly collaborative, data-driven, and techno-functional Program Manager passionate about reimagining HR processes to create a customized and optimized employee experience. In this role, the Program Manager will partner and collaborate with leaders within the organization and architect our future Talent Management and Learning processes and technologies. This role will also have the opportunity to partner with HR COEs to architect the strategy and framework to create the learning culture that aligns with our vision. The ideal candidate will have a functional understanding of learning & development programs and talent management processes and the technical fortitude for the related systems/technology to optimize reach, impact, and value. The position will report to the Director of Enterprise Talent Management Systems & Digital Learning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design integrated business processes to help deliver a high-impact employee experience
* Drive implementation, optimization, and integration of technology, especially Learning Management, Career Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, etc.
* Build strategic relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to set up Governance, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Definition & Management, Guidelines & Standards, Support model, and define success Measures
* Play an active role in deploying change management strategy to drive employee adoption; conduct leadership engagements; design digital communications and engagement strategy for internal (HR) and external stakeholders (Business units)
* Have the aptitude and mindset to understand the interactions and touchpoints within the employee lifecycle (experience designer) plus user interface (UI designer) to orchestrate employee-centric experiences
* Build and maintain trusting relationships across functions and locations
* Support with establishing the Organizational Learning Governance (Learning Council); support creating ongoing engagements; collaborate with other stakeholders to develop global guidelines for learning content development, digital user experience, vendor management, etc.
* Promote the learning culture in alignment with the philosophy; support creating ongoing engagement toolkits for various stakeholder groups; measure readiness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Analyze talent data and make recommendations for improvement, including the creation of comprehensive and sophisticated reports and dashboards for business leaders and senior leadership; monitor data governance between the talent systems
* Seek opportunities to improve the employee experience and talent programs

REQUIRED:

* 6-8 years experience leading strategic initiatives within the Talent Management and Learning Development functions
* Technical prowess, including experience with modern learning and other HR technologies
* Strong project management skills, goal-oriented, proactive, passionate about driving results, measure progress and success
* Knowledge of and experience working with HR Talent Management Systems, Learning Management/Experience platforms (i.e., Workday, Success Factors, Cornerstone, Saba, Degreed, etc.)
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
* Fast learner and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working with data analytics tools is highly preferred Tableau, Power BI, etc.
* Demonstrate aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguous situations
* Resourceful and able to think critically to solve problems creatively and independently
* Self-directed and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
* People leadership and influential skills highly desired
* Team-oriented and effective collaborator

PREFERRED:

Master's degree in Organizational Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
