Build relationships with engineering, business and marketing teams at core technology companies to develop a comprehensive partnership strategy from product roadmap and joint emerging technologies through product launches and go-to-market plans

The ideal candidate has solid technical background and proven expertise in driving effective technology and marketing engagements in a highly matrixed environment. The role requires a track record of leading a team with balanced strategic thinking, transformational change, and meticulous execution delivering on current business priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collaborate with internal OEM and Channel customer teams to ensure sustained, end-to-end engagement from engineering through public communication
* Manage a team that defines the next generation of the consumer gaming experience by developing joint hardware or software solutions to deliver on that vision
* Develop and manage similar B2B engagements in IoT, automotive and data center segments.

REQUIRED:

* Degree from an accredited university, MBA a plus
* At least 8+ years of relevant technology experience
* Passion for technology and how it improves and enriches peoples liveswork and play.
* Understanding of storage industry, gaming, or software development
* Experience developing a business pipeline and working with Tier1 partners
* Experience in sourcing, managing and negotiating with partners
* Inclusive leader that considers all input, makes decisions, and keeps the team moving forward
* Strong leadership skills to lead complex programs, multi-task, and influence in a highly matrixed organization to drive internal alignment
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly to C-level executives
* Willingness to travel (when appropriate and safe to do so)
