As a Customer Support Analyst, Systems and Operations, you will provide support and functional expertise for SAP Customer Master Data and CERPs Promotional information ensuring data integrity throughout the supply chain to meet corporate policies and customer requirements. Key elements of this role are setting up customer and trade promotion data, supporting customer service activities with an emphasis on analysing and resolving complex issues, supporting continuous improvement projects and implementing best practices..

Manage customer data set-up and maintenance processes for SAP master data. This includes proactively monitoring master data set-up processes ensuring data quality, consistency and adherence to standards and business rules as applicable to customer Ship-To, Bill-To, Payer, Billing and Shipping Information
Manage customer licenses. This involves entry and maintenance of DEA List 1 chemical licenses for controlled substances and tax-exemption certificates for all applicable Ship-To locations
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely promotional pricing set up in SAP aligning with TSM events. Have a strong understanding of commercial business processes and the needs of order management, finance, sales, marketing, and trade planning to ensure that the pricing is set up to meet both order processing and downstream reporting needs
Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service teams to review and resolve issues relating to Customer Master, Pricing or Licensing data in a timely manner
Manage the monthly report out on Bracket pricing, utilizing order and shipment weight data by customer including collaboration with Sales to reassign classifications as required.
Participate and contribute to continuous improvement efforts including problem identification, investigation, and development of corrective and preventative processes utilizing best practices.
Act as back-up for Material Master Data role
This role has CERPS (SAP) super-user responsibilities
This person will be responsible for engaging and managing relationships with third party vendors.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of supply chain or related field experience OR Associate's degree with 5 years of supply chain or related field experience
Experience in supporting logistics and order-to-cash activities
Expert understanding and experience in SAP
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain
Strong understanding of business processes
Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels with or without authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
